The Tails of the World  book project was so fun and rewarding. I met the most amazing dogs and their fantastic people! I was able to raise $1000 for Home at Last Dog Rescue, which is where I found my precious girl. Visit their website to see the adorable dogs available. They are located in Lansdale, PA. It inspired to do my own fundraising book project for Delaware Valley Golden Retriever Rescue. You can check out their awesomeness here: DVGRR I finally visited them last week and was blown away by their facility. If you're in the Philadelphia area and are looking to adopt a dog, be sure to check them out. They are located in Reading, PA but as I've learned, they're adopters travel great distances for their dogs.
